Building Tools That Power the Hosting Industry

In WP Legends Episode 123, Konrad Keck, Founder of Konrado.AI, ModulesGarden, PanelAlpha, and EasyDCIM, shares his journey from starting as a programmer in 2009 to building some of the most widely used infrastructure tools in the web hosting industry.

Konrad discusses how the hosting industry has evolved over the years, the early days of automation in hosting, and the growth of the WHMCS ecosystem. He also shares insights into the rise of WordPress hosting platforms, why more agencies are launching their own hosting services, and how infrastructure tools are shaping the future of the hosting market.

The conversation also dives into AI in customer support, where Konrad explains his philosophy that AI should enhance human teams rather than replace them. Through tools like Konrado.ai, he aims to help support teams become faster, more efficient, and better equipped to serve customers.

This episode is packed with insights for WordPress professionals, hosting providers, SaaS founders, and agencies looking to understand where the hosting ecosystem is heading.
